午前中、作業とミーティングを済ませ、お昼過ぎに家を出てカウンセリングへ。昨年一度アセスメントをしてもらって、この日が2回目。近況を話しつつ、今後の方針を相談する。深層へアプローチする方向で、毎週通って集中的にやってみることにした。まずは1ヶ月。

『∀ガンダム』のサントラを聴きながらの帰路。「パンをこねよう」いい曲だな。富野由悠季『ターンエーの癒やし』をAmaozonでポチってみた。読んだらもう一度アニメを見返したいな。

ジョー・バイデンの大統領就任に寄せて、前大統領のドナルド・トランプ欠席のため、バラク・オバマ、ジョージ・W・ブッシュ、ビル・クリントンの3名がビデオメッセージ。アメリカという国の難しさと、そして強さを改めて感じた。
